The universal declaration of human rights, therefore, states that all individuals are free and entitled to every right stipulated in the declaration as long as t heir accomplish is deep down the law (Kant 299). This is because freedom leads to utilitarianism. People having autonomy to act and go on with their businesses, the way they deem fit, pull up stakes automatically increase their happiness and significantly reduce their suffering. Their action will be in the human body with the law because they are comfortable and enjoying the fruits of their moral behavior and actions (DeLaet 47).According to UDHR, liberty is fundamental in ensuring that the right course of action is followed and that everybody is happy (DeLaet 54). According to Utilitarian perspective, liberty is the ability of individuals to control their own action and be able to make a difference between rights and wrong (DeLaet 54).
